What type of shipping do you offer?
We offer $9.99 3 business days shipping with UPS throughout the US. We offer free shipping on orders over $100.

What days do you ship?
We ship orders Monday through Wednesday, excluding holidays.

Do you ship internationally?
We are unable to offer international shipping for our sea moss gel products. We currently only ship within the United States.

What if I need to cancel or modify my order?
If your order hasn't shipped, please send us an email at majesticmineraslco@gmail.com so we can cancel or modify your order before it is processed.

RETURNS

What is your return & refund policy?
All sales are considered final and we do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of our products. If you have any issues with the product, packaging, or spillage, please contact us at majesticmineraslco@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery, along with a picture of the damaged item.
